This provide your business with full technical support, and remote dial-in to the unit to troubleshoot your problem. We will be there when you need us not matter what support plan you are on.

  • Unlimited remote support – Unlimited remote support allow yours employees to call us whenever there is a issue. Most support tickets (95%) are resolved remotely.
  • Unlimited On-site Support – Every so often there is a critical issue that can’t be resolved remotely. That’s where on-site support comes into play. Included part of our standard support plan we’ll come out 2 times a month based on the ticket. That means we’ll be on-site as long as it takes to fix the problem unlike our competitors which charge your hourly. If you exceed the 2 included on-site support per month you may be charged per ticket that requires an on-site visit.
